Confía en el proceso de Dios cuando sientes que la vida se desmorona
In our daily lives and leadership journeys, it’s easy to become overwhelmed by the moments when everything seems to be falling apart. When plans unravel and unexpected challenges emerge, the natural tendency is to see these moments as setbacks. However, in God’s economy, what often appears as destabilization is, in fact, divine preparation for transformation.
Throughout Scripture, God has shown us time and time again that disruption is often the precursor to divine realignment. The shaking of foundations isn’t meant to break us—it’s meant to shake us free of old mindsets, habits, and limitations, making room for His will to be accomplished in our lives.
In this blog, we’ll explore how what feels like chaos can be an invitation to embrace divine transition, trust God’s process, and step into the next phase of our purpose, destiny, and leadership.
The Power of Divine Disruption in Leadership
God’s transitions are often marked by disruption—moments when everything we knew and trusted is called into question. But in His hands, instability isn’t something to fear; it’s a weapon of breakthrough. Let’s look at several key biblical figures who experienced divine transition through shaking and destabilization, and how their journeys can guide our own leadership development:
Abraham – Genesis 12:1-4
God called Abraham to leave everything familiar for a promise unseen. In the face of uncertainty, he was asked to trust God’s plan and step into the unknown.
Lesson: Sometimes, our greatest moments of leadership growth come when God destabilizes our comfort zones, pushing us into unfamiliar territory. This disruption opened the door to generational legacy.
Joseph – Genesis 37–50
Joseph’s life was a series of divine disruptions—from betrayal by his brothers, to imprisonment, to rise in power in Egypt.
Lesson: Joseph’s destabilization wasn’t random; it was training for rulership. His hardship prepared him for leadership, and the kingdom purposes God had in store for him.
Esther – Esther 4:14
Esther’s comfortable position as queen was shaken when she was called to stand up for her people.
Lesson: What felt like disruption was actually divine alignment, as she stepped into her purpose “for such a time as this.”
Paul – Acts 9
On the road to Damascus, Saul experienced a radical disruption that upended his entire life. His encounter with God transformed his passion for persecuting Christians into a calling to spread the gospel.
Lesson: Divine disruption can convert passion into purpose, allowing us to move forward with a higher calling.
Jesus – Luke 22-24
The greatest disruption in history was the death of Jesus on the cross. What looked like a devastating defeat was, in fact, the greatest act of transformation in history.
Lesson: The cross destabilized death and sin, leading to the resurrection that would forever change the world. God often uses the most significant disruptions in our lives to bring about eternal transformation.
Embracing Shaking as a Setup for Shifting
Disruption doesn’t always feel good in the moment. But as leaders, we must trust that God is using every shaking to prepare us for something greater. What feels like chaos today may very well be the catalyst for realignment, renewal, and transformation tomorrow.
The truth is, divine transitions are necessary for spiritual growth, leadership development, and kingdom advancement. God doesn’t just want to rearrange our circumstances—He wants to realign our hearts, minds, and actions with His greater purpose.
Reflection Question:
Where in my life is God allowing disruption—not to destroy me, but to develop, shift, or realign me for something greater? How can I embrace this time of shaking and trust God’s process of transformation?
Closing Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I thank You for being with me through every season of life. When things feel uncertain and disrupted, I trust that You are working behind the scenes, preparing me for something greater. Help me to embrace the divine shifts in my life and leadership. Let every moment of instability be a reminder that You are the God who turns chaos into calling. Strengthen me to walk boldly into the transformation You have prepared for me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
