In the ever-changing demands of leadership, it is easy to slip into a mindset of scarcity—believing we lack the resources, opportunities, or strength to fulfill our calling. But as Kingdom leaders, we are not called to lead from what is lacking; we are called to lead from what is abundant. That abundance comes from our covenant relationship with the One who is more than enough—Jehovah Jireh.
Jehovah Jireh, meaning “The Lord will provide” or “The Lord sees to it,” is not just a beautiful Hebrew name for God. It is a revelation of His character. This name first appears in Genesis 22:14, when Abraham, standing on the mountain of surrender, witnesses God’s miraculous provision of a ram in place of his son Isaac. Abraham calls that place “The Lord will provide,” marking it as a memorial of God’s ability to meet needs in ways that exceed human imagination.
This is more than God simply noticing our needs; it is His active intervention to meet them. In leadership, this truth changes everything. Instead of leading from a place of worry and depletion, we lead from a position of divine sufficiency. Instead of hoarding resources, we move forward in faith, knowing that our Source is limitless.
When you partner with God, you do not just get strategies—you get supernatural supply. You are not left scrambling for answers; you are walking with the One who already sees the need and has prepared the provision.

I surrender my plans, my resources, and my leadership into Your hands, knowing that You have already prepared everything I need for the journey ahead.
