Empowering Leaders at Hustle Culture Academy
Hustle Culture Academy is a non-profit premier leadership and personal development program for low-income youth and young adults. Our program is designed to identify, educate, and empower the next generation of global leaders and innovators.
WHY LEADERSHIP HUSTLE CULTURE ACADEMY?
Unlike other educational programs, Hustle Culture Academy aims to level the socio-economic playing field for those individuals who come from marginalized communities and families of generational poverty. Our goal is to educate, coach, and mentor those who are often overlooked for various reasons and pull out their individual greatness and lead them to live out their individual purpose in life.
QUALITY OVER QUANTITY
Hustle Culture only accepts 25 students, between the ages of 16 and 22, each year. We view each candidate as a life-long investment . Where are committed to providing individual coaching, mentoring, training and exposure to various enrichment and learning opportunities. CREATE WORLD CHANGERS Through seminars, small work groups, panel discussions, experiential activities and direct interaction with industry leaders, Hustle Culture Academy participants develop the skills, competencies, and principles needed to impact their family, community, nation, and the world.
GOING BEYOND GRADUATION
Students who graduate from Hustle Culture Academy are encouraged to continue their growth through Hustle Culture Alumni Association (Coming 2025) and other Hustle Culture programs and activities. While also continuing to develop their skills, principals, and competences by participating in the Hustle Culture Community.

We’re looking for driven and ambitious individuals with creative mindsets who can work hard towards achieving goals while being adaptable enough to handle new challenges along the way – this includes academic performance as well!

Hustle Culture Academy participants receive access to the same programs and resources that we provide to our paying customers, as well having a chance at participating in events alongside Hustle Co.’s most fortunate members. Moreover, they are guaranteed an individual mentor who will stick with them throughout their life! HUSTLE CULTURE COMMUNITY Hustle Culture Community bring together youth and young adults who are dedicated in increasing their workforce and/or college readiness to unlock the keys of success though discovering their purpose, safely navigate their life and careers choices, and develop real world skills so that they can impact the world and level-up their life.

Hustle Culture Academy is a not-for-profit 501c3 organization that provides learning opportunities and access for those who would otherwise be unable to experience it. We do this by generating profits from the sales of Hustle Culture Co. products as well as donations.
ENROLLMENT PROCESS
Each potential candidate must complete and application. Once that application is completed, they will be contacted by a Hustle Culture Academy Member who will set-up an interview. Each candidate will be interviewed by a committee that consists of Hustle Culture Co. Leadership Team and a current participant or alumni of the program. If selected the parent and the participant must participate in their cohort orientation before becoming members of Hustle Culture Academy. Please Click Here to go to the application.
INSTRUCTIONAL DELIVERY MODEL
Hustle culture instructional delivery uses “Whole Brain Teaching” to achieve a high level of engagement and learning. We use modified WBT methods that are focused on keywords, which keep students engaged in the lesson with continuous responses from our instructors every minute they’re present- no matter if it’s during class time or not! When you come visit us at one of these trainings, we guarantee our participants will enjoy themselves while being educated.
