    Send.

Three movements. Five phases. One ecosystem built so that work, service, and worship stop being separate categories.
    The Map

    One arc. Five stages.

    Movement · I1 phase

    Align.

Calibrate your work to what you actually believe.

Before output, alignment. Most ambition fails not from lack of effort but from a foundation pointed at the wrong horizon. Align is where you name what you believe, who you answer to, and what work is actually for.

Skip it and you build fast in the wrong direction — productive, exhausted, and slowly unrecognizable to yourself.

    Movement · II3 phases

    Build.

Execute weekly. Compound monthly. Transform yearly.

Build is the long middle. Discipline becomes leadership becomes identity — not in a weekend, but in repeated weeks. This is the work the world rarely sees but always feels.

Skip it and your alignment stays theoretical — a belief you never embodied, a calling you never carried.

    04

    Phase 04

    Identity

Stop borrowing your identity from your output. Who you are is what survives the loss of what you do.

    The Question

"If the work disappeared tomorrow, who would I still be?"

    The Practice

Audit your inputs. Strip the noise. Renew your mind on what's true about you in scripture, not in metrics.

    Movement · III1 phase

    Send.

Carry it into rooms that don't yet exist.

Execution is not a finale — it's a sending. What you've built in private gets carried into work, into community, into the next generation. Send is where worship becomes witness.

Skip it and the formation stays self-referential — a private discipline that never served anyone but you.

    How to Use It

    Start where you're stuck.
