Output measures what you produce. Offering measures who you are becoming while you produce it. The world grades the first. God receives the second.
The three commitments
- Work is worship. The excellence of your craft is a form of praise.
- Calling is communal. No one is called alone. Kingdom Builders build together.
- Formation over performance. Who you are becoming outlasts what you are producing.
Why it matters now
In an age of burnout, hustle, and hollow success, Avodah is not a productivity system. It is a way home.
