The principle ofremembering our Creatorfound in Ecclesiastes 12 offers a leadership framework that transcends industries, generations, and belief systems. At its core, it calls leaders to remain grounded in what truly matters as time moves forward.

This principle introduces a deeper anchor. It provides a powerful lens:lead with the end in mind, not just the demand in front of you.

The Leadership Shift: From Urgency to Alignment

Most leaders are trained to prioritize results. Wise leaders learn to prioritize alignment.

• Urgency asks:What must be done now?

• Alignment asks:What matters mostin the long run?

When leadersoperateonly from urgency, they risk burnout, misaligned priorities, and short-term thinking. But when leadership is guided by a deeper sense of purpose, decisions gain clarity and consistency.

Heavenly Father,
