Leadership is not confined to titles, platforms, or corner offices. It happens in passing moments, in daily interactions, and in unseen spaces. Leadership happens when a mother nurtures courage, when a father models integrity, when a sibling offers protection, when a CEO shapes culture, or when a solo entrepreneur serves with excellence.
Leadership happens even when no one announces it.
A destitute person sitting on a sidewalk influences the thoughts, emotions, and responses of those who pass by. Some feel compassion. Others feel discomfort. Still others feel conviction. Their presence leaves an imprint.
Influence is unavoidable.The impactis inevitable.
The question is not whether weinfluence it.
The question is how.
Dominion Beyond Position
Dominion is often misunderstood as control or authority over others. True dominion, however, is stewardship of influence — the responsibility to cultivate environments where life, dignity, and purpose can flourish.

Lord, make me aware of the influence You have entrusted to me.
