Leading with Humility & Servanthood

Matthew 23 reminds us that we are not called to seek titles or superiority over others. Instead, we are called to walk in humility, recognizing that all authority and honor come from God. Servant leadership does not diminish influence — it deepens it. Humility does not weaken authority — it refines it.
When leaders choose humility, they create environments where others are valued, empowered, and seen. They elevate people rather than overshadow them. They lead from security in God rather than striving for approval.
Today we ask God to shape our hearts so that our leadership reflects His character — grounded in humility, expressed through service, and guided by love.

Where might I be tempted to seek recognition rather than serve faithfully?
